Charles Rennick

Charles Rennick is senior attorney in our Santa Fe office. Mr. Rennick currently represents New Mexico’s busiest County Assessors as General Counsel, and on cases as assigned, oversees four other Assessor clients. Mr. Rennick is one of the preeminent Property Tax attorneys in New Mexico. Mr. Rennick led our litigation team in recent victories in an extremely complex exemption question raised when a private for profit company attempted to obtain an educational tax exemption for its operation of private businesses on land leased from a University, including apartments used by students as dorms.
