Ken Tager graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with honors and received his undergraduate education at University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal court in New Mexico. Mr. Tager has experience in representing local governments in Arizona and New Mexico, for governing bodies, departments, boards and commissions in all matters, including procurement; land use; utilities; finance; taxation; personnel matters; regulatory compliance; code enforcement; commercial, construction and intergovernmental contracts; and environmental issues. His litigation background includes construction litigation, general civil litigation, and appeals. Ken is also experienced in drafting government ordinances, charter amendments, policies and regulations; along with negotiating with and representing tribal governments in civil and regulatory matters; as well as planning, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial transactions for governmental entities.
